Remedies for Kidney Stone

Kidney stone, also known as renal lithiasis, is a crystal mass that is formed in the kidneys. Kidney stone vary in type. They are calcium based, uric acid based, cystine and struvite stones.
Drinking less water causes the urine to turn acidic over time, which then leads to kidney stone.
Passing of kidney stone through urinary tract can be very painful. Majority of kidney stones are calcium based and they do not dissolve easily. Hence doctors usually prefer removing the stone. Whereas for the other stone types, medicines are prescribed and patients are advised to drink lots of water.This makes the stones to pass easily through the urine.It is always better to get kidneys checked when experiencing uncontrollable pain or below symptoms.

Some common symptoms of kidney stone are:

  • Urinating on frequent basis.
  • Burning sensation when urinating
  • Pain in groin area
  • Blood in urine
  • Urinating in lesser quantity
  • Puss in urine etc
So, it very important to drink water. 

Water is so easily available to humans, but still we don't bother to keep our body hydrated which thus leads to kidney stone.


Below I am listing few remedies, which will be helpful if you are having kidney stone patient in your family.

  • Take 5 teaspoon of lemon juice in 5 teaspoon of olive oil. Stir them well and drink this mixture 3 times a day with lots of water.
  • Take 2 teaspoon of horsegram in one glass of water. Boil it. When water reduces to 50-100ml, then strain the mixture and drink the water.
  • If doctors medicines are not working for you and you have tried all possible options. Then there are some well known ayuvedic medicines such as Divya Ashmarihar Ras & Kanchnar guggul

Tip:Raddish and barley are also helpful for kidney stone.

Keep your skin young


Gone are the days when only cars were dented and painted. Humans too have started denting and painting themselves with modern technology. But, why? Why do you have to use harmful products and modern technology on yourself, if it is going to have negative effects. There are so many people whose Botox surgeries have gone wrong and cost them their looks. But still, some people risk their natural looks and go for Botox. Don't go for these methods.Aging is a natural process. What we can do is prolong the process. Instead of getting a wrinkled skin at the age of 40-45, you can get 10 more years extra. The more care you take of your skin, the better it stays.

Aging is caused because of Glycation. Glycation is the glucose (sugar) that attaches itself to the protein in the body which then results in forming of molecules that result in faster aging.

If you want to have a glowing, spotless & evergreen looking skin, then I have mentioned some home remedies and good quality products which will give you a healthy, younger looking skin and not harm you in any way. Listed below are some of the home remedies for you to get back your baby skin.


  1. First step is to wash your face with plain water as much as possible on daily basis. This will keep your face clean and oil free. Always use soft cotton cloth to clean your face.
  1. Anti-wrinkle face pack - Take 3 teaspoon rice flour, add half teaspoon honey and milk to the flour. Mix the mixture. Then cut 1 vitamin e-capsule and add to the paste. Mix all the ingredients well. Your face pack is ready.Apply it to your face on daily basis.
  1. Anti- wrinkle face serum- Take 2 teaspoon lemon juice in a bowl, add two teaspoon glycerin (you can take one teaspoon or less if your skin is not too oily),  two teaspoon rosewater, 4 teaspoon green tea extract, one teaspoon Aloe Vera gel, 20 drops of olive oil, one vitamin e capsule gel. Mix all the ingredients properly with a spoon. Store it in a small glass bottle with a dispenser or any glass bottle.
  1. Drink Aloe vera juice empty stomach on daily basis.
  1. Apply Aloe vera gel twice a day to your face and neck. It provides great antioxidant and nourishment properties.
  1. All in one-Take 1 starchy potato (not juicy potato), cut it in to small pieces. Then take one sweet potato. wash it well. Clean the skin with knife till you see the pinkish color.Cut it in small pieces. Then take 1 dark green coloured cucumber and cut it in to small pieces. Then take 1/8th of lemon piece with skin on. Cut it into small pieces.Add some water & grind them in a mixer to make a smooth paste. Now squeeze the mixture in a bowl using a muslin cloth.There should not be any juice left in the cloth. Face Scrub-The remains that you will get in your muslin cloth is the scrub that you get. Before using, mix the scrub one time in mixer, just one time.Then apply it to your face. Face tonic-Now leave the juice in the bowl for half an hour. Then, transfer the juice from the bowl into the glass bottle. You can You will see a nice layer of starch remaining at the bottom of the bowl. Face pack-Now take 1 teaspoon of Kaolin Clay and mix it in the starch with a spoon. Use pack instantly for best results. You can follow this method three times a week for one month & then once a week after one month.


Along with the remedies, it is also very important to eat healthy food and avoid eating oily junk food and sugar.Sugar is also said to contribute to fast aging.
Eat lots of green vegetables, fruits and salads (three times a day for best results) & exercise daily with Yoga & meditation.

Are You having Smelly Feet?

Have you ever experienced a smelly feet person standing near you? Or you go on a date and the person you are with is a smelly feet? Not only it gives you an unpleasant feeling but also ruins your entire evening.
Vice versa, if you are the person with smelly feet, it must be very embarrassing for you, when your colleague or family friends taunt you.

Smelly feet is also known as bromhidrosis in a technical term. The sweat from you feet becomes a source of food for the bacteria present in your shoes, socks and the feet. They all become active when they find their Christmas present in your feet sweat. They love to feast on your sweat. Hence it is very important to bring down the level of perspiration.

Firstly start using cotton socks. Let your feet breathe.

Secondly keep your feet clean at all times. Wash them often. Then dry them.

I will list a few home remedies. They will definitely help you reduce the perspiration and bacterial infection.


  1. Apply talcum powder or anti perspirant on your feet after washing your feet.
  2. After you come from work, school or college, take a tub with warm water, add epsom salt to it and soak your feet in the water.Later wash your feet with normal water and then dry them and follow step 1.
  3. Take multani mitti also known as Fuller's earth as per size of your feet. Add rose water to it. Make a paste. Apply it on your feet. Keep for one hour and then wash your feet with warm water. Make sure to dry your feet and then follow step 1. Fuller's earth acts as an antiseptic on the bacteria present in your feet.
  4. Baking soda is another good remedy. It not only neutralises the pH level of your sweat but also fights bacteria in your feet. Before wearing your socks or shoes, sprinkle baking soda in it. This will prove helpful to stop multiplication of bacteria.
  5. Use at least 3 pairs of cotton socks, and 2 pairs of shoes. If you can't afford two shoes then use 2 pairs of cedar soles. After use, keep shoes in sunlight. Wash socks on daily basis and use alternately.
  6. Always use antiseptic soaps to clean feet.
  7. Take chandan also known as sandalwood powder. Mix it with water and make a paste. Apply it on your feet. Keep it for half an hour to 45 minutes. Then wash your feet with water and dry them. 
Always make sure that you follow proper hygiene. 
Poor hygiene is the main reason for smelly feet. So stay clean and smell good.

Bodybuilding tips-Requirement of calories for Muscle gain

90% people fail to gain muscles in bodybuilding.Most people only concentrate on workout but forget about diet. For quality muscle gain, muscle training and diet both play a very important role.

Now lets talk about diet tips for your muscle growth.

The most important thing to gain muscle is to have lots of calories and energy, which mainly we get from three macronutrients like proteins, carbs and fats.

Proteins-is very good for muscle repair and growth. It is very important to consume proteins via food such as chicken, dal, egg whites, rice and chana, nuts, fish etc.
But if they are not covering your daily requirements, then you can use extra supplements. You can use whey concentrated protein shake as a supplement or any other protein shake.
                                        
If you gym  5-6 times a week then you require 1gm of protein per pound of your weight.
If you gym at home, and you find calculations hard, then just keep in mind. If your weight is 75kgs, then consume 75 gms of protein daily. If its 65 kgs then consume 65gms. This won't do any harm.

Like protein, carbohydrates is a very essential part of our meal. Sweet potatoes, yams, oatmeals, any green vegetables etc. fall in the category of carb foods. You require 2 gms of carbohydrates/pound of body weight per day. Example if your weight is 180 pounds. Then 180 pounds x  2gms = 360 gm are required per day.Now divide 360 gm  by say 6 small meals that you will be taking the entire day.That comes to 60gm per meal for muscle build.

Eat good fat to burn bad fat. So what are these good source of fats, that you need to bulk up your body? They are fish oil,  peanut butter, almonds, olive oil, peanuts and cashews. Walnuts & flaxseeds is another option. Do you know that as per FDA recommendation (Foods, drug Association) 20% fat should be consumed daily. But make sure that you do not consume more.
Serving example- 1 teaspoon olive oil, 2 teaspoon peanut butter, handful of each type of nuts in snacks, fish oil a teaspoon or flax seeds oil in case you are a vegetarian. 

All the above mentioned foods and supplements will help you bulk up your muscles quickly.

Best Weight loss Diet Plan for Women




Usually most people are ignorant, when it comes to importance of a balanced diet in our daily life. This ignorance often leads to weight gain and also obesity. In women, weight issue is more common. Many young  women join gyms, aerobic classes or even yoga classes to loose weight. Some also prefer to exercise at home.Once they loose weight, then some stop exercising. Some can't even reach to a stage of losing weight, where as some don't even try. This all depends on every human being's persistence  or determination to maintain oneself, to see oneself change for better.
There can be many reasons for weight gain. It can be incorrect diet, pregnancy, thyroid, diabetes etc. Today I will provide a very easy to follow diet plan for women suffering with weight issues. In this diet plan, you don't have to count your calories. This is a very simple diet plan for beginners. If you exercise regularly then its excellent but if you have never exercised, then start with some light exercises with diet plan- Long walks in the morning and evening at a quick pace or even jogging is fine. Kapalbhati is the best yoga exercise to lose weight.

Now, in case if your weight is 100 kgs or plus then you can increase and adjust your food items accordingly in this diet plan. 

First thing, before we begin, you have to do is stop eating oily, junk food, sweets, control your sugar by eating less sweet food or drinks.

Second thing, remove refined oil, cheese from your daily meals. Instead, use olive oil or mustard oil in cooking food.

Drink lots of warm water.

Veg Diet Plan :-

Early morning 6 am after you brush..drink warm lemon, honey water.It helps increase your metabolism and helps burn your fat.

After 15-20 minutes, have green tea.

Go for a jog or long morning walk as per your convenience, before or after your breakfast. This is a beginner's guide, so we dont want to go very strict with the body. We will go slowly as we want to first start with disciplining the body and mind.

For breakfast, you can eat a sandwich which includes 2 whole wheat grain breads, paneer slices (cottage cheese is protein rich), tomato slices, onion slices and cucumber slices, sprinkle of salt & pepper as per your taste. 

At approx 11:30 am either have one apple or one orange.

At 1:00 pm have a plate of salad which will include tomato slices, onion slices, cucumber slices & palak leaves.

At 1:30 pm for lunch you can have 2 chapatis with dal.

At 4pm have tea with less sugar (in the beginning...later no sugar tea) and some dry fruits.

At 5pm go for a long walk....

At 6:30 pm have dinner. For dinner have steamed vegetables like potatoes, brocolli, cauliflower etc. You can also have dal. You can eat enough steamed vegetables till you feel, your stomach is full. Don't eat less because that can bring weakness to your body. Eat enough till your stomach feels fulfilled.

Make sure during this entire day program keep drinking warm glass of water at intervals (8-10 glasses daily). Drink water, half an hour after eating anything as it helps in better digestion.

Go to sleep early at night and sleep at least 8 hours. (Avoid naps during after noon time)

P.S- After extensive research, it has been successfully proved that the most powerful weight loss drink is distilled cow urine (gaumutra ark), which also has a very huge importance in Indian Ayurveda. If you have a stubborn fat and nothing is working for you, then try  this drink in the morning. Take 10-20 ml with equal water twice a day empty stomach or as directed by physician. Always buy cow urine from Ayurveda stores or even online. You can use it for 3-4 months to treat obesity but do not make it a practice. 

Warning: Humpless western cows give toxic urine. So only buy from Ayurveda stores or online which are approved for internal usage.

Is Shaving damaging your skin? I have the best Mantra for you.




Now-a-days there are so many types of shaving creams and after shave available. Various brands endorse various types of creams. And what the customers do, is they just see the ad and blindly buy these creams without checking the ingredients.


What happens then is. Slowly over time, these mineral oils present in the shaving creams, harm their skin. Most of these shaving creams contain mineral oils which close the pore of the skin. This creates an obstacle for the skin to release the skin toxins, thus leading to acne, itching and infections.


 If males in your family are suffering from these issues, then I have a simple remedy for shaving which will not harm their skin at all. Women too can apply this method who shave their legs and arms.



First of all this is a bit orthodox method and not all will agree. But if you want to control your skin problem then dont think anymore and just follow the steps.

Take a bowl, add some coconut oil & aloe vera gel in equal proportion(as per your hair requirement). Mix it. Apply as shaving cream and then shave it with razor. Later wash your face/body with your regular face wash/body wash.Your skin will retain its baby feel and you won't ever face any infections or acne problems.


In the second method, you can take the above mentioned ingredients, add natural Shea butter to it and mix it in mixer and then use it.


People with normal skin may use 3-4 drops of essential lavender oil, if you like to have fragrance. But I personally do not recommend any fragrance oils.


P.S- The secret mantra to flawless skin- Wash your face with only clean drinking water 4-5 times a day properly. Dry your face with soft cotton cloth.Follow this for 45 days.

Apply minimal quantity of face wash once after every eight days, just to remove the dirt, if any.
This secret was shared with me by a friend who has a beautiful complexion. I did follow her advice and it worked great for me. Do try it!

Who is not affected by Diabetes now-a-days?


Diabetes is soon becoming a major problem for all ages. Even children have started falling prey to this disease.(Sometimes diabetes is caused in mother's womb- genetic reasons).

In many adults, pancreas become weak due to increase in stress, indisciplined lifestyle, lack of exercise and bad habits.This leads to degeneration of beta cells in pancreas which inturn lead to diabetes.
And when the body health is disturbed, then it brings negativity, anger & imbalance to life and mind.

Then you start visiting doctors, your medicine intake increases and your whole zest of life is lost.

Diabetes has many complications and ill effects on human body. It is found that almost 2% of people turn blind, approx 30-35% people suffer from kidney failures and 80% people suffer from eye defects. Diabetes also leads to gangrene problem in some people or also sex disorders. Hence it is very important to control diabetes.

Some home remedies are  mentioned below to control diabetes. Whichever is suitable for you, you can try.

1) Take 3-4 ladies finger, slit them vertically and soak them in water overnight. Next day, squeeze the stickiness out of the ladies finger and drink the water empty stomach.

2)Take cinnamom sticks. Break them in half. Boil them in a glass of water. Strain it, let the water cool & then drink that warm water.

3)Take 2 amlas & some ginger. Grate them & mix. Sprinkle some salt for taste. Consume twice a day.

4)Take 4 raw leaves of mango tree. Wash them and cut them. Take a glass of water and soak them overnight in water. Next day strain & drink the water.

There are some remedies which you will find very useful in daily life, for that you will need to work on your body habits. (Yogaaaa)
If possible, immediately join a yoga class (immediate 100% positive results to remove diabetes)

If you cannot join yoga class, then do the following yoga asanas:

  • Pranayam
  • Surya namaskar 
  • Jogging
  • Join a sport (swimming for relaxation)
  • Kapalbhati - 15 to 20 minutes to reactivate beta cells in your pancreas
  • Mandookasan
  • Anulom-Vilom asan

Drink juice made from bitter gourd, tomato & cucumber. Grind them in a mixer and drink the juice on daily basis.

Acupressure is also very helpful in controlling diabetes. You should press the point shown in the picture with your other hand.
