Learn to heal your own self



There are always some people in our family/ friends, whom we frequently hear whining over their health issues. Then, there are some people we know, who hardly get sick during a year or two.
What must be the reason? Well, the reason is 'Mind'.
I believe some may agree with my answer and some won't.

You see mind is simple yet complicated. It not only has the power to create complicated problems but also has the ability to solve those. Mind can make people as well as break people.
So if you prepare your mind for the health problem you are facing, then that mind will create the solution for it. The only thing you have to do is, to trust and communicate with it via meditation. Meditation will help you take control over your mind and body. You have to discipline your body with exercise and mind with meditation.
During ancient times, did you ever hear of surgeries? No. But now-a-days, you visit the doctor and you never know when would you go under his knife.
We have become so dependent on doctors and medication, that until we dont visit the clinic, we dont feel confident of our health. I am not saying, dont trust the doctor. What i am trying to say is first trust yourself, make efforts to strengthen your mind and body, so that you dont fall ill often. And even when you fall sick, you will be able to fight the disease more easily with a strong mind and will power.



You see our ancestors hardly complained of headache, diabetes, blood pressure, but now a days even children are affected with these ailments at younger age. During old days people walked a lot, worked in the fields, children played in the parks, fields, ground. But now right from children to elderly, everyone is sitting in front of tv, on their mobiles, laptops. We have forgotten the duty towards our body. So get up! Walk, exercise, play for your mind and body. Keep it healthy, keep it strong.


I can go on writing this blog with home remedies, but remedies is not just the option. For complete healing, one needs the will power of the mind too.


To conclude, I would request you to atleast meditate for 10 minutes now and then, if possible try and do this twice a day daily. Slowly increase the time to 20 minutes. Follow this fo a month. You will see the difference for yourself.
